Who It’s For: Senior strategists looking to lead ongoing client engagements under the NPO Lifeline brand.
Brand Integration: Operates with an official NPO Lifeline email address, brand identity, and client-facing profile.
Engagement & Scope: Leads projects, multi-month strategic engagements, retainer lines, and fractional leadership accounts.
Lead Generation: Collaborates alongside NPO Lifeline's outreach channels while co-generating active client opportunities.
Compensation: Earns the primary share of the client retainer for every active, assigned scope.
NPO Lifeline Affiliate Consultants
Who It’s For: Subject-matter experts who want flexible, project-based engagements alongside their existing work.
Brand Integration: Operates as a recognized Affiliate Consultant for specific NPO Lifeline client deliverables.
Engagement & Scope: Executes targeted deliverables like grant strategies, development operations, strategy work, fundraising, or capacity audits.
Lead Generation: Receives assigned client projects or earns flat referral bonuses for qualified leads.
Compensation: Earns fixed SOW project rates, plus an elevated rate bump when executing self-generated leads.

We collaborate with experienced practitioners across areas, such as:
Fractional Leaders & Strategists: Experienced Executive Directors, Chief Development Officers, and Major Gift Officers.
Capacity & Executive Coaches: Development coaches who guide leadership and board teams to build internal infrastructure.
Grant Writers & Institutional Strategists: Skilled grant professionals, foundation relations specialists, and proposal writers.
Event Strategy Experts: Fundraisers skilled in designing, managing, and maximizing major event revenue
Application Requirements & Expectations:
Eligibility & Classification: Applicants must be based in the United States. Selected consultants operate as independent 1099 contractors on behalf of NPO Lifeline, LLC, and are responsible for their own self-employment taxes, state/federal tax filings, and business expenses.
Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, development systems, or event execution and strategy.
Vetting & Next Steps: We review all submissions carefully. If your background aligns with our upcoming client needs, we will reach out to schedule an initial video meeting (or an in-person meeting if you are local to the Jacksonville, FL area) to discuss fit. Selected consultants and NPO Lifeline, LLC will enter into a partnership agreement.
