In your cover letter, please share a brief summary (no more than a page) of your background, your core areas of expertise, and how you approach navigating growth alongside nonprofit leadership teams.

Application Requirements & Expectations:

  • Eligibility & Classification: Applicants must be based in the United States. Selected consultants operate as independent 1099 contractors on behalf of NPO Lifeline, LLC, and are responsible for their own self-employment taxes, state/federal tax filings, and business expenses.

  • Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, development systems, or event execution and strategy.

  • Vetting & Next Steps: We review all submissions carefully. If your background aligns with our upcoming client needs, we will reach out to schedule an initial video meeting (or an in-person meeting if you are local to the Jacksonville, FL area) to discuss fit. Selected consultants and NPO Lifeline, LLC will enter into a partnership agreement.

  • Network Placement: Joining our active talent network places you in position for on-demand client matches based on organization needs, engagement scope, and your available capacity.
