The Fundraising Summer Camp
A 90-Day Remote Strategy Training by NPO Lifeline
July 15 – October 15 | Fully Virtual | Strictly Limited to 3 Nonprofit Organizations
Practical Solutions for Today's Fundraising Realities
Relying on a single, unpredictable fundraising channel leaves your organization vulnerable to sudden budget shifts. To achieve operational sustainability, nonprofits must build reliable donor cultivation pipelines and stabilize their revenue infrastructure.
If you analyze your current fundraising operations, you might recognize the exact structural friction points holding your team back:
Stagnant Revenue Growth:You have a clear vision for your community programs, but your current fundraising channels aren't scaling quickly enough to meet upcoming milestones, creating constant cash-flow pressure.
Lack of Financial Reserves:Your team is trapped in a reactive, month-to-month budget cycle because you lack the predictable, recurring donor pipelines required to establish true long-term sustainability.
Leaky Donor Pipelines:Your organization pours immense energy into initial donor acquisition, only to watch first-time supporters drop off because your backend stewardship systems aren't automated or repeatable.
Stalled Major Gift Channels:You know you need to diversify your funding, but a quiet uncertainty around donor discovery meetings keeps your team from confidently opening doors to high-impact individual giving.
Passive webinars provide high-level theory, but they rarely build internal capacity. The Fundraising Summer Camp is a hands-on, live remote training program designed to help your team audit your existing data, build repeatable donor engagement stages, and finalize a diversified fundraising roadmap before the critical fall giving season begins.

Who should attend this training?
1
Is this program live or pre-recorded?
2
It is a live, highly interactive remote training program. We do not use passive lectures. You will actively collaborate in group labs and meet 1-on-1 for private data and strategy audits.
Can I use professional development funds, or join as an individual?
3
Yes. This program is built both to scale organizational capacity and to help individuals meet their professional fundraising goals. You will receive an automated, itemized receipt at checkout that can be submitted directly to a board or finance team for professional development reimbursement if your organization is sponsoring your seat.
Can different staff members split the sessions, or can they be missed?
4
No. To maintain high accountability and deep peer collaboration, registration is strictly limited to one designated participant per organization who must commit to attending all three live virtual labs. Because this is an active strategy accelerator rather than a passive lecture series, sessions cannot be missed. Please verify your team's calendar before securing your spot.
